New Parents

We recommend that you visit the nursery with your baby before they start, so your baby can familiarise themselves with their new surroundings and the new people who will be coming a part of their life. You may visit as often as you like until both you and your baby are comfortable. Please feel free once you have left the nursery to phone to see how your child is settling in. All settle sessions are free and it usually takes 2 or 3 settles before children can be left.

We employ a key person system that ensures every child enjoys the individual attention that they need to develop fully. Your childs key person will have a full understanding of each childs development and interests and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. This gives your child a personal relationship with someone special while they are with us. Your key carer will regularly discuss your childs development with you and continually keep you updated. From the term after your child turns three we are able to provide 15 hours of Government Funding. For more details please ask Nikki or Catherine. Some 2 year olds are also entitled to 15 hours.

We currently accept several different childcare vouchers. Please talk to your employer for further information.
